How DomiVan Driver works

Trips that start in your countries, or near you, come to Offers with what you are paid. Accept the ones that fit.
2Bundle runs
Trips going the same way are joined into one van run, with the stops in order. Take the whole run in one tap.
3Payouts
Paid to your bank through Stripe after the trip. DomiVan issues the invoices in your name.
4VIT partners
With a VIT code you see runs first, invite your own clients with your QR code and earn invite money on their trips.

Questions
How is the price set?
The app works out the price from your pickup and destination, the van class and the number of seats. You see the full price before you pay, and it doesn't change afterwards.
How can I pay?
By card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Link, Revolut Pay, Amazon Pay or Klarna, and in some countries also by iDEAL | Wero, Wero, Bancontact, EPS, Bizum or MB WAY. When you pay, you see the ones that work for you. You pay in euros when you book; DomiVan takes the payment for your transporter, so you never pay the driver.
When do I see who's driving?
Ahead of your pickup the app shows your driver, the van and its number plate, and you can chat or call them. On the day you can follow the van on the map once it's heading your way.
What if no transporter takes my trip?
You get your money back in full, automatically.
Can I cancel?
Yes. How much you get back depends on how close to pickup you cancel. See the terms for travellers.
How do I get help?
